Shipping Policy:

Orders are shipped UPS. Orders of only Dr. Dog products, ie. Skin Care, Bug N Out and/or Dr. Dog Shampoos will ship within the week and and should arrive in 1-2 weeks. All other orders are placed weekly and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Expedited shipping is offered for an additional $4 handling fee, these orders will typically arrive in about a week. Expedited shipping is free and automatic for all orders totaling over $30.

If you have placed an order for an item that is backordered, we will notify you of the expected delivery date.

Return Policy:

Dr. Dog stands behind its pet supplies. If you are not satisfied with any product we sell for any reason, you can return it within 60 days for a full product refund. Just call us at 1-800-PETS-NOW or email info@doctordog.com for details and return information.
